In Suvorov, a man will be found guilty of murder.
According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Tula region, at the end of January this year, a 44-year-old local resident drank alcohol with his cohabitant and a 46-year-old friend. It all happened in the house of the defendant’s mother, located in the village of Klevtsovo.
At some point in the evening, a conflict arose between a man and his comrade due to personal hostility and jealousy towards a cohabiting partner, while the defendant’s mother slept behind the wall.
As a result, a 44-year-old resident of Suvorov district stabbed his opponent in the chest.
The victim died at the scene from his injuries, officials said.
Then the accused carried the body of the deceased to the terrace, laid it on the sofa and covered it with clothes. After that, the 44-year-old man and his partner took the knife and fled.

On this fact, a criminal case was opened and is being investigated against a 44-year-old man under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the fact of murder.
The case has now been forwarded to court for further consideration.
