Sri Lanka urges other countries to review travel advisories

Colombo: Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister Ali Sabri has urged other countries to review their travel advisories and show stability in Sri Lanka, so that tourist arrivals can be boosted and the country can move towards recovering from the economic crisis. It was reported that Sabri convened a meeting for the Colombo-based diplomatic corps on current developments related to travel in Sri Lanka. In this, he has thanked the international community for supporting the economic recovery of the troubled country. He also informed the diplomats about the progress made in the field of tourism.
