State Duma Deputy Andrey Lugovoy explained how the system will work with electronic diaries, the SHOT Telegram channel reports.
He explained that this bill will help citizens feel calmer and also create a military registration registry. According to him, if a person does not have access to “state services”, then it does not matter, because sooner or later he will return to the network.
At the same time, if you do not respond to the agenda for a long time, certain restrictions will be imposed.
“In case you don’t end up going there (Gosuslugi), in a week, in two or in six months, you will be subject to certain restrictions described in the bill,” Lugovoy said.
On the eve of the head of the defense committee of the State Duma, Andrei Kartapolov said that a new wave of mobilization in Russia was not planned. He noted that the new amendments on the military registration system and electronic diaries have nothing to do with this.
