A military expert and historian shared his views on the reasons for the rapid adoption of the Federal Law “On military service and military service”. According to him, traces go to the lack of soldiers on the Ukrainian front.

- The forces that are now in Ukraine are not enough. It is possible to transfer the operational units of Transbaikalia, from the border with Central Asia. You can replace them with contract soldiers or conscripts. If Russia collapses, then there will be a general war of all against all, – the expert shared his opinion.
