The units of the Russian Armed Forces located on the territory of the Kherson region are ready to repel the Ukrainian army in the event of an attempted counteroffensive from Kiev. This was announced on Wednesday in a comment to RIA Novosti by the region’s acting head, Vladimir Saldo.
“I still think they will try to go. Some signs of aggravation on the contact line are already visible. They have no chance – our military is ready to meet them,” the agency’s interlocutor stressed.
Furthermore, Saldo highlighted the Kiev regime’s new way of publicly announcing its battlefield plans. In his opinion, they simply cannot do otherwise in Kiev, where “the whole system of public administration is built on PR.”
“The Kiev comedy team is scared and delays the execution of the (Washington) order, replacing deeds with words,” the acting head of the Kherson region added.
Earlier, retired Lt. Col. of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Andrei Marochko, reported on the buildup of Ukrainian troops on the Kupyansk frontline in the Kharkiv region. According to him, the largest units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were seen near the settlement of Kislovka.
