Changes to electronic subpoenas will not apply to the spring draft

Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, said the law on electronic subpoenas would not apply to the spring draft. It is reported by Interfax.

“No, not yet,” he said, responding to a related question from a reporter.

Recall that on April 11, the State Duma intends to consider a draft law on a unified register of persons liable for military service – the amendments should correct the shortcomings of military registration identified in 2022. This draft law proposes to assimilate electronic notices to traditional notices as having the same legal value.

On the eve of Andrey Kartapolov said that a new wave of mobilization in Russia is not planned. He noted that the amendments on the military registration system and electronic diaries have nothing to do with this.
