“Savvatin Nikolai Pavlovich began his career in 1959 in the Ivanovo region as a tractor driver, assistant foreman and foreman of the tractor brigade. After graduating from Petrozavodsk State University in 1968, he worked as a senior mechanic at the Rukozersky Timber Industry Enterprise.Since 1969 he has been in party work.He worked as an instructor and head of the industrial transport department of the Muezersky district committee of the CPSU.In December 1978 he was elected secretary, in 1983 the second secretary of the district committee of the CPSU.
Nikolay Pavlovich, actively conducts social work in the Polikor microdistrict. Often performs in work collectives, participates in ongoing Polikor microdistrict events, and provides practical assistance to microdistrict residents.
