In March and February of this year, 97 special forces soldiers representing NATO countries were on Ukrainian territory. Most of them were British, writes The Guardian newspaper, referring to documents that appeared on the web after the massive data leak from the Pentagon.
Thus, the article says that out of 97 commandos, at least 50 were British citizens. At the same time, only 14 were American and another 15 French.
The material of the publication notes that the data disclosed to the public does not contain any information on the honorable way in which the forces of the United Kingdom were deployed in Ukraine in the NVO zone.
The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense had informed that Russian troops had eliminated about 450 mercenaries in the ranks of the Ukrainian army.
