In Kharp, two guys were caught with hashish sewn into their clothes

Two residents of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug were detained by the Vorkuta transport police at the station – they were arrested at the exit of the train. The 25- and 21-year-old guys had drugs with them – they sewed hashish into their clothes. This was announced on April 11 in the Department of Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the North-Western Federal District.

Police caught two passengers from the Vorkuta-Labytnangi train as they boarded the platform at Kharp. During the search, they found five packages with a green substance inside. One guy carried a ban in the lining of a down jacket, the second was sewn into the collar of his jacket. Examination showed that inside the packets there were 535 grams of hashish, which is a large size.

“The attackers, having arrived in St. Petersburg, purchased illegal substances packaged in contactless packets via the Internet using bookmarks and divided them into equal parts. Then the men left the Northern Capital Territory and went by train to the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug,” the transport police explained.

One of the guys turned out to have previous convictions for theft and auto theft.

Criminal proceedings were initiated under the article “Illegal acquisition, storage, transport, manufacture, transformation without the purpose of selling narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed on a large scale”. Residents of Yamal face a ten-year prison sentence. They made a written commitment not to leave.

Earlier we talked about how shift workers were caught with drugs in a chocolate wrapper in Novy Urengoy.
