Andrey Kartapolov, head of the Defense Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, advised conscripts abroad to take a year off and return to Russia. Such actions are necessary for conscripts to successfully complete military service, RBC reports.

According to the deputy, if a person is subject to conscription, then he is obliged to return to his country of origin and repay the debt. These measures apply even to citizens of the Russian Federation subject to military service permanently residing abroad.

Kartapolov noted that citizens not subject to military conscription and not residing in the territory of the Russian Federation can send relevant documents to military registration and enlistment offices in electronic form. You can do the same on vacation, give the necessary papers and send back to work abroad.

Earlier, Kartapolov said that regions of the Russian Federation may introduce additional measures against scammers. We are talking about limiting the control of the vehicle and its registration. As well as restrictions on the registration of a sole proprietorship or self-employed status.
