Stratostat launched from Russia to the United States with messages from children to world leaders in science and technology

On Astronautics Day, a stratostat was sent from Russia to the United States urging children to scientists around the world to only use technology for peaceful purposes. The action “Technologies for the future of the world” was organized by the participants of the movement “Inspirers” together with Rossotrudnichestvo.

© Television and Radio Company “ZVEZDA” The stratospheric balloon has a translator that will transmit via radio channels letters from Russian children to scientists around the world, their dreams about the planet of the future. Over 100 children from across the country recorded calls in English and shared how they see the world in 20 years.

© SEC “ZVEZDA” The organizers of the action assume that in 7-10 days the stratospheric balloon will be in America to call on the world scientific community to use technology for the benefit of mankind. The stratosphere balloon has a radio reflector and a satellite tracker, with which you can follow the movement of the device.

Mikhail Paley, co-founder of the all-Russian movement “Inspirers”, called the launch of a stratospheric balloon on the other side of the Earth a “great event”.

“We organize this friendly action because the future belongs to our children and we believe that they can change the world for the better”, underlined Mikhail Paley.

According to experts, the “Inspirers” stratostat will fly at an altitude of 20-25 km over Europe and America. Children’s messages can be heard on the 433.1 MHz and 145.5 MHz radio frequencies and on the second radio channel.
