The sixth edition of the Academy Championship has begun "ATI" For squash on the courts of the Khalifa International Complex, with the participation of more than 180 male and female players. Participants compete in various competitions, including the boys’ categories under 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17 years, in addition to the girls’ category under 11 and 15 years, and the men’s and women’s categories. The total value of the prizes allocated for the tournament, which will continue until next Thursday, is about 20,000 riyals. Abdullah Al-Tamimi, CEO of the Academy, said "ATI "Sports in his comment: We are happy to organize the sixth edition of the championship "ATI " In cooperation with the Qatar Squash Federation, which will contribute to enhancing its success and position as one of the prominent local tournaments ". Tamimi added "We are waiting for strong competitions, with a wide participation by the players of the Qatari national teams and other players, who will undoubtedly benefit from the friction available in the tournament.
