Yaroslavl Lokomotiv will extend the contract with Artur Kayumov

Yaroslavl hockey club opened the season of transfers and contract extensions. The club’s striker Artur Kayumov will be the first to benefit from the extension. According to tg-channels, the club are about to announce a new contract.

Moreover, for the moment, the contracts have not been re-signed with eight other players who played under the colors of Lokomotiv last season. Defenders Nikita Cherepanov, Daniil Misyul, Roman Bychkov, Anton Lukichev are waiting for a new contract.

Among the strikers, the contract can be extended with Denis Alekseev, Yegor Averin, Artem Ilyenko, Alexander Volkov. Or not renewed.

It is rumored that next season Lokomotiv will not recruit Legionnaires, relying on their own youth. But the transfer season is still in its infancy.
