According to the preliminary version, the defendant, as the operator of the computer network of the consumer community of the Navlinsky district, from July 2018 to July 2022, without concluding a license agreement, copied programs from the site to a computer of work. In the future, the extra used them in his work. We are talking about products whose copyright holders are 1C LLC and 1C-Soft LLC. The damage eventually exceeded 13 million rubles.

The investigation is now complete. All the documents collected proved to be sufficient to refer the criminal case to the courts.
