The courtyard of house No. 11 on Zvezdnaya Street in Pskov will be repaired under the Cozy Urban Environment program on a first-come, first-served basis. Dmitry Barabanov, deputy of the Duma of the city of Pskov in constituency No. 14, announced this on the airwaves of radio PLN FM (102.6 FM).
The guest of the studio recalled that this is a problematic construction site, which has not yet been put in order. It was planned to submit an application for participation in the program in 2017-2018, but then one of the local residents withdrew his signature, and the construction site was not included in the program. Later, in 2022, we again held a general meeting, determined the scope of repairs, made an estimate and design work. Application has been completed and submitted to UGH
“Now the site is in the queue, it is in the repair program, but you have to understand that the program is partly funded by the municipal budget and to a greater extent by the federal budget. Today, the situation is such that the priority financing of the Comfortable Urban Environment program goes to public spaces. From my point of view, it is fair to finance territories that everyone uses. I am sure that as soon as there is money for the repair of construction sites, this construction site will be repaired in the near future in turn, ”said Dmitry Barabanov.
The deputy also noted that it is the only construction site in his district that requires priority repairs. All other areas needing improvement have been put in order as part of the 2018-2022 program.
