Suspect of attack on a teenager in a minibus will be tried in Novorossiysk

In Novorossiysk, a man suspected of assaulting a teenager in a minibus will appear in court. Recall that the incident occurred on March 8, when one of the passengers allegedly hit a young man for refusing to give way to a woman.

A 43-year-old resident is suspected of having committed a crime. A criminal hooliganism case was investigated against him. The ICR regional investigation committee said the defendant punched the teenager in the face at least twice, causing injuries. The passengers stopped the man’s further illegal actions.

Now the accused is under house arrest. He will appear in court soon. The investigating committee noted that the man fully admitted his guilt, repented of his act and expressed a desire to repair the harm caused to the minor.
