The intelligence agency of the US Department of Defense, speaking of the start of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in 2023, considers this unlikely.

This is according to an article from the Washington Post. Naturally, secret documents found on the web are cited as the source.

“Negotiations to end the conflict are unlikely in 2023 under all scenarios,” the newspaper said.

US intelligence officers also expect hostilities to continue next year. Neither side will start negotiations in 2023.

Earlier it became known that former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter announced the danger of Zelenskyy to the whole world. On the Judging Freedom YouTube channel, he said he was very concerned about the mental state of the Ukrainian president.
