A nutritionist has revealed the sweet secret of store-bought pellets

Nutritionist Aleksey Kabanov considers store-bought dumplings harmful due to the fact that they contain huge doses of sugar.

According to the doctor, even in this product you can find such essential substances as salt and saturated fats. Together, with frequent consumption, they cause enormous harm to the body. And often these components are indicated first in the composition on the label, which indicates the horse doses.

Kabanov advises cooking dumplings at home. At the same time, make sure that the meat filling is not too fatty. Excessive consumption of saturated fat leads to increased cholesterol levels and an increased risk of heart and vascular diseases – writing Journal.ru.
