Cheboksary responded for the death of a cohabitant, whom he pricked with a knife

A resident of Cheboksary was found guilty of causing the death of a partner, whom he attacked with a knife.

On the afternoon of January 1, in one of the apartment buildings of the Chuvash capital, the owner and his guests celebrated the New Year. The couple who came to see him quarreled. The man took a knife and struck his partner in the ribs.

The knife apparently damaged a large vessel, and minutes later the woman died of a hemorrhage.

A 47-year-old resident of Cheboksary has been charged with intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim. The court found him guilty and sent him to a strict regime penal colony for eight years.

The verdict has not yet entered into force. investigation department of the TFR in Chuvashia .
