Haraldur Þorleifsson, former Twitter employee and 2022 Man of the Year according to Rás 2 listeners, shared the big news on his Twitter page last night.
“A few months ago I posted here that I wanted to be in a movie. Next week I start filming a Warner Bros. movie. Life is strange,” Haraldur says, and he’s safe to say that congratulations were abundant on the warrior.
It’s unclear which movie this is or how big the role will be, and that will likely become clear in the near future. Warner Bros. is one of the biggest producers of films and television series in the world, but it has only been ten days since it celebrated its centenary.
Haraldur has had a lot of irons in the fire recently, but as you know she has given a solution to the problem and he is working on opening a restaurant named after his mother, Anna Jóna. Haraldur feuded with Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter and the world’s second-richest man, for a short time and the affair caught the attention of many of the world’s biggest media outlets.
Haraldur appeared in the Áramótaskaupin on New Year’s Eve and thought he had done very well. In a post on his Twitter page on January 3, he said he would like to play more.

Harald’s supporters at this time were at least likely to believe that he might have a future as an actor. One said he and Ólafur Darri could do well together in Ófærd’s next series, while another said he was considering Harald in Baltasar Kormák’s next crime film.
