Information appeared in the media about the enlistment of J-Hope (J-Hope) into the armed ranks of South Korea. According to the data, the idol will enlist in the army on April 18. Thus, he will become the second member of the BTS group to serve. It is also known that Jung Hoseok will first undergo training for several weeks, after which he will go to another place for military service.

The artist will train in Gangwon-do, a province of South Korea and the least populated part of the country. Where J-Hope will go after that is still unknown. However, the idol promised his fans that before leaving for the army, he would definitely hold a live show, where he would answer all ARMY’s questions.

Recall that the issue of military service for all BTS members is acute. By law, K-pop artists who represent their country internationally have the right to postpone military service until the age of 30, but are still required to repay their country.

To this day, Jin is already serving in the South Korean military. The idol joined his country’s armed forces on December 13, and on June 12, 2024, he is expected to return.
