Prime Minister: The citizen in the private sector should strive to develop himself in order not to lose his job security

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that the responsibility is shared with regard to the job security of the citizen. Continuous in order not to lose this job.

His Excellency added – during an interview with Qatar TV – the state has provided the main tools and structure for retirement and the method of organizing retirement, insurance and social guarantees, and it answers part of the issue of job security, and it has also provided education at the highest level so that the citizen is always competitive.

He stressed that the private sector is always in investment, high in risks and therefore high in returns, one must have a spirit of initiative and risk in order to achieve better returns, and we care about the success of the private sector and stimulating it so that the citizen and the employee in it do not lose their job.

The Prime Minister said that the private sector today has become a competitive sector and among the best competencies that come from the government come from these companies.
