In the first three months of 2023, more than a thousand families have decided to allocate maternity capital specifically to the education of their children.

This was reported by the regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the Yaroslavl region, noting that only recently 33 million rubles were transferred to pay for education. Among them, nine million for paid educational services, 24 million for other education-related services.

If we talk about the statistics of the past year, then about 22% of the total claims related to the use of maternity capital are related to the upbringing of children.
