gastroenterologists Kharlov and Vyalov recommended how to reduce the load on the stomach during the Easter holiday

The therapist-gastroenterologist Nikita Kharlov and gastroenterologist-hepatologist Sergey Vyalov recommended how to reduce the load on the stomach during the Easter holiday. In 2023, the Orthodox of Russia celebrate the Radiant Sunday of Christ on April 16, according to Komsomolskaya Pravda.

For those who don’t want to grab their stomachs after a celebratory meal, doctors have advised them to stick to a “food hierarchy” – eating dishes in a certain order. First on the list of treats for Easter, choose foods high in protein and fat. These include eggs and Easter cottage cheese. But it is better to try Easter cakes and other sweets, popular on the Bright Sunday of Christ, at the end of the meal. At this time, healthier foods will allow a person to have enough and will not allow him to overeat.

Sergey Vyalov recommended eating no more than 1-2 pieces of Easter cake and 2-4 eggs on Easter. Nikita Kharlov disagreed with his colleague’s position.

According to the therapist-gastroenterologist, the human body does not usually need Easter cakes. On the contrary, these delicacies, with a large excess, can cause exacerbations of current diseases. But with eggs, the situation is completely different.

There are no diseases caused by eating eggs. Therefore, eggs can be eaten until full, said Nikita Kharlov.

First of all, experts warn, people with excess weight, diabetes, fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome should not get involved in Easter cakes. And eggs should be used with caution by those who have had a stroke or heart attack, suffering from vascular thrombosis, atherosclerosis, hypertension or arrhythmia. But if you still want to eat an egg for Easter, it is better to eat only protein, refusing the yolk.

Earlier, the regional leader wrote that the elder Zosima predicted the end of the NWO and three Easters: bloody, hungry and victorious.
