The Nizhny Novgorod Kanavinsky District Court ordered the Nizhny Novgorod Metro Deputy to pay a city resident 185,000 rubles as compensation for a broken ankle.

On this day, as usual, the woman went to work from the Park Kultury metro station to the Gorkovskaya station. As she entered the car, she slipped, fell and was in severe pain, and when she reached the end of the course she realized that she could not get out of the car on her own. She slipped on a wet floor after mopping the floor and the woman broke her ankle.

The passenger felt that the subway workers, not wiping the floor after cleaning, had created a traumatic situation and demanded to pay her compensation. In response, she heard that she herself was to blame, as she was not attentive enough.

The court sided with the victim and ordered the carrier to compensate the plaintiff for damage to health and moral damage.
