She added that depending on sanitary and hygienic requirements, hard-boiled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of plus two to plus six degrees for up to 36 hours. Eggs with damaged shell cannot be stored. The shelf life of homemade cakes on average does not exceed 48 hours.

People who have fasted must return to the principles of a healthy and varied diet. In the diet, be sure to add vegetables, fruits, breads, cereals and other whole grain products. You can eat dietary meat and poultry in moderation – chicken, turkey, rabbit, fish, eggs and low-fat dairy products.
