Competitions in national sports were held in Revda

In the Murmansk region, within the framework of the 63rd Festival of Northern Students, the final competitions in national sports took place. Residents and guests of the Arctic fought there on the basis of the Revda children’s and youth sports school.

A total of 37 athletes participated in the competition. Among them were not only local residents, but also guests from the city of Murmansk, Olenegorsk and the Lovozersky district.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Murmansk region, such competitions have been held in the region since 2005. Now the program has firmly established the throwing of the lasso over the trochee and the jump over the sleds.

The results of competitions in national sports have already been summarized. The winners were immediately rewarded with commemorative medals and certificates. Winners were also noted, who proved themselves worthy during the struggle.

Earlier, “The Eastern Herald in Murmansk” said that the Northern Festival in the Murmansk region has officially ended.
