In Smolensk, a woman was arrested for illegally transporting 400 bottles of alcohol

In Smolensk, on Kashen Street, as part of traffic safety, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate stopped a Mitsubishi Lancer car driven by a local resident who was born in 1995. Checking the documents, the police drew attention to the boxes that were in the vehicle. As a result of the inspection, traffic police officers found 20 boxes containing 400 bottles of alcoholic products, on which there were labels of vodka producers. Smolyanka did not have a corresponding license.

According to the results of the examination, the seized product is a liquid containing 34% alcohol, which does not meet the requirements of GOST. The total value of the transported cargo exceeded 100,000 rubles.

At present, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Smolensk region has filed a criminal case on the fact of this crime under the article “Illegal production and (or) circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and containing alcohol”. The suspect faces 3 years in prison.
