Yaroslavl Mayor Artem Molchanov, announcing the work of the Moscow Region Mobile Recruitment Center, named the parameters of the service:

“The one-time payment to residents of Yaroslavl who have signed a contract for military service will amount to 295,000 rubles. Of these, 195,000 will come from the Ministry of Defense, another 100,000 – from the government of the region by decision of Governor Mikhail Evraev,” the mayor clarified.
Payment may vary depending on military rank, position and length of service.
