The regional administration shared information about the social support measure introduced in the region in March this year.
She referred to the share of residents of Kirov who requested the gasification of their homes until the end of December 2022. Previously, there were no such surcharges in the region; for many, the cost of connecting communications with the installation of equipment in households in the amount of 100-300 thousand rubles was unbearable.
The subsidy is transferred directly to the account of the organization involved in the gasification. Its size is equal to the costs indicated in the contract with the service provider. To qualify for financial assistance, you will not have to confirm the income of several categories of citizens, including veterans of the Great Patriotic War, invalids and veterans and their families, families with several children classified as having many children.
Others will need to prove their family’s income to receive the grant. Regional authorities have introduced a restriction on the payment: it will be granted only to citizens and families whose average per capita and average monthly income does not exceed the regional subsistence level.
