On Monday, April 17, the Orthodox Church remembers songwriter Joseph. He was a talented poet, which is why during his life he managed to compose many liturgical hymns in which he glorified the Orthodox faith. At the same time, Joseph spent a lot of time in prison, where he was imprisoned during the persecution of the church.
In Rus’, Joseph began to be called the singer of songs not only because of his abilities. That day, a cricket began to sing, a crane gave a voice. Our ancestors worshiped these beautiful birds, which were considered protectors of evil spirits.

A strong wind – in the cold summer the snow did not have time to completely melt – in the May sun it began to rain – in September you should expect a lot of showers.
Today you need to visit relatives and devote as much time as possible to rest. You should try to postpone the hard work to other days and in general only do the tasks that bring joy. You cannot swear, do needlework, start general cleaning, and visit cemeteries.
