Employees of the PJSC branch “Rosseti Center and Volga region” – “Ivenergo” received the badge of the All-Russian sports and recreation complex “Ready for work and defense”. The solemn event, which was attended by more than 200 sports fans from the city of Ivanovo and the region, took place at the Ivanovo House of Nationalities.
As a result of the competition, seven Ivenergo employees received TRP badges of gold, two – of silver and two – of bronze.
Tests took place throughout the year on various sports grounds in the regional centre. Among the standards – rising from a suspension on a horizontal bar, bending forward from a standing position with straight legs on a gymnastic bench, shooting an air rifle, swimming a distance of 50 meters, run 100 meters and 3 km, for men a snippet of a kettlebell weighing 16 kg and a row of others.
Andrey Ukhtin, Deputy General Director – Branch Director of the PJSC Rosseti Center and the Volga Region – Ivenergo, also congratulated the athletes on the well-deserved awards. He noted that he was proud of these employees: “You are not only professionals in your field, but also activists in public life, worthily representing the Ivenergo branch at different levels. Participation in events for the delivery of TRP standards allows you to develop stamina, determination and self-confidence.
From the main trade union organization in the branch, each athlete received swimming pool memberships. The initiative of Ivenergo employees to pass the TRP standards will be supported in the future.
