Kuban handball players beat Zvezda in the dispute for 5th place

Krasnodar “Kuban” defeated “Zvezda” near Moscow in the match of the Women’s Superleague in handball. Denis Saifulin’s team was stronger than their rivals at the opponent’s site in Zvenigorod with a score of 26:24.

The hosts won the first half 12:11, in the middle of the second they were leading with a difference of 3 goals – 20:17. But then Krasnodar conceded just one goal in 10 minutes and took a 24:21 lead. And after that they took the case to victory.
