Devsthan Minister Rawat started the padyatra by visiting the Gulab Swaroop Bihari Ji Temple located near the City Palace. City dwellers thronged the streets to see the minister and other dignitaries marching barefoot carrying Lord Krishna’s child form in their arms and welcomed the procession by showering flowers.

During this padyatra, tourists from country and abroad were also seen dancing in Jagdish Chowk tourist area of ​​the city. The area between City Palace and Gangaur Ghat, the main tourist area of ​​the city, appeared submerged in Bhaktiras since early morning on Sunday. Representatives of ISKCON and Hare Krishna played the tune of Hare Krishna-Hare Rama on the beats of Dholak and Manjirs along with other musical instruments from the Gulab Swaroop Bihari Ji Temple located at the main gate of the City Palace. On the other hand, devotees could not stop themselves from listening to the bhajan performances of folk artists at Gangaur Ghat.

Addressing the ceremony organized at Amrai Ghat during the conclusion of Devdarshan Padyatra, Minister Rawat said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot intends to maintain an atmosphere of peace and tranquility with communal harmony in the state, for this he has launched this program and Public participation of every section in this program in Udaipur city has ensured their participation in realizing this intention of the Chief Minister.

Minister Rawat said that the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme of our department has fulfilled the dreams of many senior citizens. Today, the Chief Minister has set an example by giving the gift of pilgrimage by rail, air and road to the senior citizens while fulfilling the duty like a son.

He also gave detailed information about Industrial Promotion Schemes including OPS, Social Security Scheme and Farmers Welfare Schemes. Also said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s most important scheme Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme has proved to be a boon for the people of the state. He said that I got many beneficiaries who have described this scheme as Sanjivani.
