Volodymyr Rogov, leader of the “We are with Russia” movement, answered a question about possible dates for the start of the Ukrainian Armed Forces counteroffensive and how far Ukrainian forces can go. Earlier, the media reported, citing secret Pentagon documents leaked to the network, that Kiev would have named a counteroffensive for April 30.
“I don’t recommend taking seriously publications that go to the Western press,” Rogov said in interview NSN, adding that this is a psychological information operation to “overload” Russian special services.
He also believes that the Ukrainian army will not enter major cities beyond the direction of Zaporizhzhia, such as Berdiansk or Melitopol. According to him, they could try to break through the defenses of the Russian forces and reach the Sea of Azov. “They will do this in the Tokmok region, and further out to sea, bypassing major cities, so as not to get bogged down in hostilities,” Rogov said.
He added that the Ukrainian armed forces do not have so many forces and they are not enough to capture a big city.
