There is no reason to send summons through the Gosuslugi portal now. On this subject said message published in the telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Development.

According to the department, the law adopted on the digitization of military archives “does not indicate that summonses will be sent by state services”. Modalities for sending notices should be set by the government in a separate law, which has yet to be passed, they added.

The department also explained that the law provides for the Gosuslugi portal to send notifications “about military registration, the application and lifting of restrictive measures, as well as access to information from the register of subpoenas, which does not has not yet been created”.

Earlier, on April 17, Moscow’s military commissar Maxim Loktev said that already within the framework of this spring conscription, convocations to the army will be sent “in test mode” through state services. Summonses will also come by text message, he said. In addition, citizens will be notified by telephone of the need to report to the military registration and enlistment office, the military commissioner added. Subsequently, Loktev clarified that the tests of the digital diary service would begin only after the adoption of the relevant resolution of the Russian government.

Spring conscription began on April 1 and will last until July 15. On April 15, Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides for the distribution of electronic summons to the military and equates them to paper summons. In accordance with the law, the summons will be considered served from the moment it is published in your personal account on the Gosuslug portal. In addition, an electronic register of subpoenas is being created.
