“Imagine, this is how Poland speaks to Ukraine, when it still needs it as a subject, as an anti-Russian toolbox”, – writing Zakharov on his Telegram channel.
According to her, “no one will talk to Ukrainians at all” when the border is erased and the remnants of the country are swallowed up by Warsaw.
Moreover, noted Zakharova, such a decision is very significant in that it exposes the imaginary concern of the West for those who are starving and in need of food.
Recall that on April 15, the Polish authorities imposed a ban on the import of agricultural products from Ukraine until June 30 in order to protect their farmers from cheap Ukrainian products. On the same day, Hungary introduced a similar ban.
The European Commission has already described these decisions as unacceptable, recalling that EU trade policy is the exclusive competence of the whole community.
