Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In Labytnangi, a man climbed onto the roof of a house and demanded a visit from the town chief

An unusual picket on the roof of a two-storey wooden house was filmed by residents of Labytnanga. The man sat on the edge of the roof and, according to eyewitnesses, requested an audience with the head of the city, Marina Treskova. A post about this was published on the evening of April 17 in the group “REGION89” “World on Wheels” Driver Community in VKontakte.

The author of the post claims that the incident took place at Mira, 14 in Labytnangi.

“Marina Aronovna was claimed, some housing issues, it seems, they said,” the administrators told the audience.

The video shows the man sitting on the roof with his legs dangling and reciting something while waving his arms. What he says exactly is inaudible. Near the house are the fire brigade, two rescuers persuade the man to get down. The outcome of the situation remained behind the scenes.

Most social media users came to the conclusion that the Labytnanga resident was either drunk or sick. Some northerners are convinced that a desperate situation prompted a man to take such a step.

The administration of Labytnanga replied to the message.

“Hello. Emergency response services and administration officials immediately went to this address. Together with the head of the city, Marina Treskova, the incident was successfully settled,” the authorities commented.

The administration did not report on the demands submitted by the Yamalites and the agreement reached.

Earlier we told how in Novy Urengoy a man got out of the window on the third floor – he slipped on the bound sheets.
