The press center of the regional administration informed hunters of the Kirov region about the establishment of certain conditions under which the authorities are allowed to hunt birds in the spring.
The territory of the whole region is divided into two parts – north and south. For each of them, specific dates have been assigned, on which you can go out with a gun and a bird hunting permit.
In the southern part of the region, hunting was permitted from April 19 to April 28 for ducks and geese. Woodcock, capercaillie and black grouse will be harvested between April 24 and May 3.
The northern zone will be accessible to goose and duck hunters from April 26 to May 5. It will be possible to hunt capercaillie, black grouse and woodcock only in May: from the 1st to the 10th.
For decoy duck hunting for drakes in both areas, exactly one month has been allocated: from April 15 to May 15.
