At the end of April, meteorologists promise several powerful magnetic storms at once. On April 20, the strength of geomagnetic fluctuations will reach 4 points. After this disturbance, the Sun will become even stronger.
On April 20, the K index will be 4 points, experts call this phenomenon an “excited magnetosphere”. On April 26, 27, 28 and 30, geomagnetic flares will intensify to 5 points, the Solar Astronomy Laboratory reported.
During Sun disturbances, weather-dependent people may feel unwell, and some patients will experience an exacerbation of chronic diseases.
According to doctors, during times of strong sun flares, you can avoid feeling worse if you follow these recommendations:
drink more water or chamomile and mint tea, reduce physical activity, get enough sleep (doctors advise 7-8 hours in bed a day), walk more and spend time in the fresh air cool, don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol and energy drinks.
