A resident of Murmansk got drunk again and became a defendant in a criminal case. He will have to work on his attack for a long time.
On Tuesday, April 18, the press service of the Murmansk region prosecutor’s office reported on the verdict in the criminal case of a Murmansk resident.
It was established that on December 12, 2022 and January 1, 2023, the defendant drove in a private car in the Leninsky administrative district while intoxicated. Moreover, the man had already been convicted of a similar offense earlier.
The court found the northerner guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to 360 hours of compulsory labor and deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for two and a half years.
In addition, the bailiffs will withdraw from the convict the funds he received for the sale of his car, which was the instrument of the crime.
