The issue was discussed at a meeting of the regional government, which was hosted on April 18 by Governor Igor Rudenya.
New facilities are included in the Targeted Investment Program (AIP) of the Tver region for 2023 and the planned period of 2024-2025.
“The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, called advanced modernization of infrastructure one of the main principles of sustainable economic development of our country. This is what our targeted investment program is aiming for,” says Igor Rudenya.
From this year, the AIP includes the reconstruction of bridges over the Raichona rivers on the Torzhok-Ostashkov and Vedemya highways on the Mikhailovskoye-Vlasyevo-Vishnyakovo road, the construction of an entrance to a school under construction in the microdistrict of Raduzhny in Tver, and the installation of a lighting line at the entrances to the cities of Nelidovo and Zapadnaya Dvina.
In addition, the program included the reconstruction of the entrance to the village of Shosha near the tourist and recreational center of the Volga Sea in the Konakovo district.
Key projects for the Tver region are implemented within the framework of the targeted investment program. These are the construction of the Western Bridge, the Children’s Clinical Hospital, the Bezhetsk Central District Hospital, children’s clinics in Kimry, Tver, Torzhok, a rowing base on the river Tvertsa and a sports center for rowing on the Volga, treatment facilities in Tver, Staritsa, Torzhok, water intake facilities in Rzhev, a school and a kindergarten in the capital of the region of the Upper Volga, a pavilion at the Rzhevsky memorial to the Soviet soldier, the Volga Sea infrastructure complex, the reconstruction of the Bolshoye Eskino-Trestino -Zhdanovo route and others.
