Andrii Yermak, head of the office of the President of Ukraine, turned to the Western collective with another request. The Ukrainian politician asks NATO countries to transfer F-16 fighters and air defense systems to the Ukrainian armed forces in reaction to the use of guided bombs by the Russian army, writes Military Review.

According to Yermak, NATO countries should supply Ukraine with new weapons due to the actions of the Russian military. To counter the Russian missiles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, more air defense systems are needed, which, according to a number of experts, are coming to an end near Kiev. In addition, Yermak insists on the transfer of American F-16 fighters armed with air-to-air missiles to the Ukrainian army.

The Office of the President of Ukraine is convinced that the use of new Western weapons will effectively fight the Russian army. At the same time, it is absolutely necessary for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to receive new supplies, because, according to Ukrainian Colonel Ignat, the Russian Armed Forces will soon receive air bombs weighing one and a half tons, which the Ukrainian air defense is currently unable to to shoot down.
