Piotr Pavelka, a reserve officer in the Polish army, said he had never seen a tank handled so clumsily as the Ukrainian army did, which caused an accident with a Leopard 2A4 tank .
Earlier it was reported about the failure of the German tank Leopard 2A4, transferred to the Ukrainian armed formations. So, during combat training activities, the tank rolled down the hill and planted the gun in the ground. As a result, the tank was left without a turret and fell to ruin even before it reached the front line.
Commenting on the situation on one of the YouTube channels, Pavelka ironically called the incident a “minor accident”. In his opinion, the “minor accident” occurred after the driver of the tank hit another armored vehicle. He admitted that he had never encountered such an inept case of controlling the machine.
On April 15, it became known that the Leopard 2 tanks that Canada had promised to Ukraine. On April 12, Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles announced that her country would send six Leopard 2A4s to Ukraine in the coming days. Earlier it was reported that a Russian sabotage group had taken over and sunk a Leopard tank in a swamp. This information has not been confirmed.
