Prosecution: Anapchanin will answer in court for beating a colleague, which led to his death

In Anapa, suspected of having caused serious bodily harm to a colleague causing his death, a local resident will be sentenced. So, a criminal case under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against a 45-year-old man has already been sent to court.

The press service of the Kuban prosecutor’s office reported that the tragedy occurred in February of this year. According to the agency, the suspect, while performing security duties for a commercial facility, punched and kicked a 47-year-old colleague several times. It appears from the file that the man died of his injuries before the arrival of the doctors.

The defendant faces up to 15 years in prison. The coercive measure will be chosen by the court.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kuban wrote that in Timashevsk a man was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm leading to death.
