Madhavan’s son Vedant has won five gold medals for India in the swimming championship. Madhavan has expressed happiness by sharing some pictures of his son from the event on his social media account. Vedant had participated in the Malaysia Invitational Age Group Swimming Championships this weekend. In the pictures, Vedant is seen posing with the Indian national flag and five gold medals. Whereas, in another picture he appeared with his mother Sarita Birje.

Sharing these pictures, R Madhavan wrote in the caption, ‘With God’s grace and best wishes to all of you Vedanta with five gold for India (in 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m and 1500m) Got two PB’s. The event was part of the Malaysia Invitational Age Group Swimming Championships 2023 held in Kuala Lumpur this week. We are excited and very grateful to Pradeep sir.
Vedant had earlier won three gold medals and two silver medals for Maharashtra in the Khelo India Youth Games 2022.
