Warsaw. Slovakia has become the third country in the European Union to ban grain imports from Ukraine. This is considered a big blow to the group of countries standing with Ukraine against Russia. Earlier, Poland and Hungary also announced on Saturday that they would stop importing food grains from Ukraine from June 30 onwards. Let us tell you that the European Union is helping to export Ukraine’s food grains. On the other hand, these countries say that due to the supply of large quantities of food grains from Ukraine, anger among their farmers is increasing. The prices of the products of the farmers have fallen due to which they are facing economic problems.

The European Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, manages this trade and says that these countries have taken a unilateral decision without any coordination. After the meeting in Brussels, EU spokesmen told that Poland and other Central European countries have done a commendable job by supporting Ukraine, but any problem should be resolved in a way that affects the legal framework of the organization.

As a result of the war, there will be such things that the people of Ukraine, the countries of the European Union and the farmers will have to bear. There are five EU countries that have asked for immediate intervention in the matter of food grains of Ukraine. It includes Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia. They say that their markets are not able to handle the supply from Ukraine. Bulgaria is also imposing a similar ban.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Ukrainian officials arrived in Warsaw. Elections are about to be held in Poland. In such a situation, farmers’ organizations are protesting and protesting to get their demands met from the present government. Hungary’s Agriculture Minister says that the glut of Ukrainian products in the European markets has created a crisis for the farmers.
