The Yakovlevskaya Manufactory enterprise began bankruptcy proceedings in 2012. In fact, production here closed only a year ago, in February 2022. And yesterday the Ivanovonews news agency reported that the Yakovlevskaya factory had been auctioned.
The total cost of the former industrial premises of the factory is estimated at 90 million rubles. But the Yakovlevskaya manufactory will not be sold as a single building complex, but separately.
There are 37 auction lots, the smallest of which occupies 42 square meters and is estimated at 88,427 rubles. The weaving building with an area of more than 15,000 square meters was estimated at 15 million rubles.
The auction is scheduled to end on May 26, 2023.
