On April 18, the regional pedagogical council for the development of preschool education began its work. It is dedicated to the transition from kindergartens to the federal educational program of preschool education.
The teachers’ council members were welcomed by Oksana Ostashko, Minister of Education of the Tula region. She noted that this meeting continues the cycle of events in which tasks are set for the region’s education community to implement during the Year of the Teacher and Mentor.
“A lot has been done in the region to develop the pre-school education system. With the support of Governor Aleksey Gennadyevich Dyumin, 30 kindergartens have been built over the past few years, the waiting list has been eliminated, and advanced technologies are being used in the organization of preschool education,” said noted Oksana Ostashko.
The council will last two days. Tomorrow, the participants of the teachers’ council will have a master class on the implementation of the regional project “Modern children”, which solves the tasks of the national project “Education” in terms of creating conditions for the early development of children. It started in the region at the start of the 2021/2022 school year. 84 kindergartens from 18 municipalities became its participants.
