China urges US to slow down

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin insisted that America not interfere in the hostilities in Ukraine and not try to further foment the conflict, news agency NEWSDATA.RU reports. .

The representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry stressed that it was time for the White House to listen to other countries, including the majority that advocates a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian conflict. He noted that calls for peace for Kiev are increasingly being heard by the global community, but Americans continue to ignore the opinions of others.

The United States should heed this trend and play a constructive role in resolving the crisis politically, and not persist in continuing to add fuel to the fire, Wenbin said.

It should be noted that earlier in China, the United States indicated that it had no right to impose its position on Ukraine on other powers. Beijing said they are ready to help with a peaceful settlement of the crisis, in particular, they have come up with their own plan to resolve the conflict.
